Simultaneously with his work at Prism Partners International, Brian serves as a Director at BYU’s Marriott School of Business, School of Accountancy.  In this role, Brian works and mentors students through their college years, focusing on their efforts to find internships and full-time employment.

Prior to founding Prism Partners International in 2013, Brian Voigt worked at TPG Global, LLC, a leading international Private Equity firm, where he was the Director of Global Human Resources. Brian’s role had a strategic emphasis on employee engagement through organizational effectiveness, while driving results aligned to strategic objectives. 

Brian previously held the position of Managing Director at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities). His role at Wachovia encompassed global human resource strategy, diversity, mergers and acquisitions, organizational structure, governance, and culture change management. Brian managed a team of local and remote professionals in both London and Hong Kong. The global team was responsible for the execution of the human resource operations and strategies aligned with Wachovia’s growing businesses in 22 countries. 

Prior to joining Wachovia, Brian was Vice President of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley, where he developed and managed the global mobility program and oversaw the Human Resource strategy for southeast Asia. Brian began his career at Deloitte with diverse engagements in Private Equity and taxation advisory services. 

Throughout his career, Brian traveled extensively. He lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia, which gives Brian a unique global perspective on organizational cultures, human capital strategies and business operations. 

Brian served as a Board Member to several organizations, including The Marriott School of Business Investment Banking Advisory Council and the HR Forum Advisory Council. Brian continues to be actively engaged with professional, education, community and charitable efforts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

Brian received both his Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Master of Accountancy, Tax degrees from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. In addition, Brian has the Human Resources professional certifications of SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
